Website for Libraries in the FDLP

As you proceed through this guide, browse and become familiar with the content referenced in FDLP.gov.  The FDLP resources mentioned in this guide reside on FDLP.gov or are described on the site.

FDLP.gov is a Government Publishing Office (GPO) website designed for library staff, specifically Federal depository library staff and those interested in GPO cataloging.  At this site, you'll find the latest news about the Federal Depository Library Program and U.S. Government publication cataloging and preservation.  You'll also find links to FDLP collection tools, promotional materials, requirements and guidance, and much more.

The FDLP and the Cataloging and Indexing Program (C&I) are two of GPO's information dissemination programs. They are administered by the Superintendent of Documents and Library Services and Content Management (LSCM).
