Task of the Month

Tangible Selection Time

Remember to check your item selection profile and take a quick look at the Modified List of Classes to see what's available. If you want to add any tangible format publications to the ones you get through the FDLP, you need to do it by late September. GPO runs on the Federal fiscal year, from October 1 to September 31.

Use DSIMS to add item numbers to your selection profile.

Tangible publications in the List of Classes will be marked as P, MF, CD/DVD, or some combination of those like P/EL, P/MF, or MF/EL.

FDLP Tip of the Month

The FDLP Academy Training Repository is a great way to learn about government information resources and to manage your depository operation. Watch recorded training sessions or share them with a colleague.
